Christina Neuhauser
Director of Administration
Seven years ago, Christina found a home at Salter>Mitchell (when it was Herrle Communications) that yielded an instant click. Her do-goodery meshed with April's, and her master's degree in corporate marketing from The Florida State University enabled her to speak the lingo from day one.
After six years as an Account Technician, assisting (behind-the-scenes) the U.S. Attorney's Office get bad guys and protect citizens, Christina was ready to help save a library or two. Or rhinoceroses. Or prized conservation land.
Her job title is Director of Administrative Services, but the agency refers to her as "the glue." No one gets paid without her.
Though she exhibits great taste in shoes (see pic), she stands out more for the hats she wears — she works with everyone in the company in one or more of them: HR, Facilities, Timekeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and supervises receptionists, runners, bookkeepers and more.
Equally as impressive is her reign as "best costume" champ at the Annual Salter>Mitchell Chili Cook Off. This nods to her attention to detail, her creativity and her unassuming competitive streak.
