Project Manager - Public Relations/Communications
(Tallahassee, FL office)
Salter>Mitchell is seeking to hire 1-2 junior level project managers for its Tallahassee office. Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills, at least two years’ experience working with the media, not-for-profits, or government. Environmental, political, healthcare or advocacy experience is a plus.
Must be able to work on a team or independently, and manage multiple priority projects. As a small firm working on a national scale, we rely on project managers to do much more than keep projects on track, budgets in check and clients happy. In addition to organization and communications know-how, project managers are expected to add creative thinking, research insights and often their own copywriting, design or other expertise to a project.
