Instead of acting as a traditional ad agency, we treat your staff and volunteers as colleagues, helping them conduct their own research and training them to implement what we jointly design. The work takes place in short, intense bursts, with most of campaign development condensed into two sets of on-site work sessions. This keeps costs extremely low.


Here’s how it works: After some planning and (if possible) data analysis, we send a research crew in for a few days. They introduce your staff to the social marketing process as they tap your team to help do audience research related to your program. You learn by doing. Anywhere from a week to a month later, a strategy/creative team arrives for a two-day workshop where, using the research, your teams selects a strategy, constructs a marketing plan and, using our creative team, creates some initial materials. It’s an instant social marketing campaign available only to small non-profits and local governments.
